OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Initial Screening
After submitting your online application, it will be reviewed by a member of the recruitment team. They will be looking to see how well your experience aligns with the role applied for and your suitability for Veran.
Phone Interview
This initial interview will be used to get a better understanding of you and your professional profile but is also an opportunity to find out whether Veran is the right fit for you. This will be with a member of the recruitment team and they will be looking to see how well you present your relevant experience and learn more about your particular skill sets.
Face to Face / Zoom Interview
We like to invite candidates in for a face to face interview with the relevant hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for you to meet some of the Veran team and get a feel for who you will be working with. This interview will go further into evaluating your experience and suitability for Veran and the role.
