on-premise customers

This summer Oracle have announced a ‘Game-Changing Automated Upgrade’ that migrates on premise Oracle E-Business Suite customers to cloud Oracle Fusion ERP, in just one click.
What is Oracle Soar?
Oracle’s new upgrade methodology enables customers with on premise applications to transition to Oracle Cloud Applications in as little as 20 weeks by using a proprietary set of automated tools to assess and rebuild your processes, data, reporting and integrations.
What are the benefits?
Oracle’s Larry Ellison states that it’s now easier to move to Oracle cloud than it is to upgrade your on-premise Oracle solution, claiming ‘it’s the last upgrade you’ll ever need to do’.
This accelerated methodology could potentially save customers up to 30% in the time and cost of migrating to the cloud. There are also user-friendly features to make the project experience more enjoyable such as an app that guides you through the migration process.
